New thermoforming machine with halogen lamps
A.P. Form S.p.A. has decided to invest in this new thermoforming machine with halogen system heating lamps.
A reasoned choice based on the willingness to catch the various technological opportunities.
The thermoforming machines in A.P. Form S.p.A. are already well differentiated both in terms of molding dimensions (to date we can reach a mold capacity plane with a maximum size of 4000x2000x900) and for kind of plastic sheet loading (manual and automatic).
Thanks to this new investment we can also boast a thermoforming machine which, compared to traditional quartz or ceramic heating technologies, is equipped with a halogen lamps heating system that offers a double advantage:
- it allows a faster and more homogeneous plastic sheet heating
- optimizes energy savings by reducing temperatures in the resting phase
