New 5 axis cutting center with carousel
The manufacturing process of the thermoformed item involves the cutting or trimming phase of the molded piece.
Especially pieces that require a particularly complex cut are processed with automated machinery: only through the CNC machines can the necessary levels of speed and precision be obtained, unachievable with manual cutting.
Customer's trust in entrusting us with increasingly complex manufacturing has given strength to A.P. Form S.p.A. in optimizing more and more the working processes.
When the product requires a more complex process the thermoformed part is put into our 5-AXIS CUTTING CENTER which allows automated cutting to be performed more precisely, more efficiently and more reliably.
The choice of the machine with CAROUSEL allowed the optimization of the processing time as it permits to the worker to equip a second item for cutting while the first one is still in the processing phase.
