APFORM SPA manufactures thermoformed products for various industrial sectors through the use of avant-garde technology constantly monitored by expert staff.

Technical Department:

Our technical staff is made up of members with many years’ experience, who offer effective consultation on optimised management of the most appropriate materials and technology for our client's needs.

Design, mould and equipment production department:

This department produces the equipment needed to create prototypes and pre-series products.

Forming area:

8 single station and rotational thermoforming machines with a maximum mould surface of 3000 mm x 2000 mm, including:
• Traditional thermoforming systems;
• Automatic, semi-automatic and computerised thermoforming systems;
• Twin-sheet-forming thermoforming systems.

Foam coating area:

Integral, high pressure, rigid and semi-structural foam coating applied to all sectors.
Soundproofing of combustion machine parts.

Finishing area:

• 6 latest generation 5 axis CNC cutting robots;
• self-learning robot programming with mechanical arm;
• robot programming using 3D designs with CAD-CAM;
• software that can read IGES, DXF, DWG and STEP files.

Assembly area:

All manufactured parts from departments are assembled here.
• ultrasound gun and bi-component sealants for plastic-metal.

Packaging, reception and dispatch department:

Large, safe area for handling in-coming and out-going goods.

Quality Control Department:

A space for tests and checks to ensure products meet client expectations and sector quality standards.
