A.P. FORM S.p.A. (hereinafter the Data Controller), pursuant to Articles 4, (No. 7) and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "EU Regulation"), hereby wishes to provide you (hereinafter the Data Subject) with certain information regarding the processing of your personal data, which will be processed while browsing the website www.apform.it (hereinafter the Site). By reading this notice, the data subject will be made aware of the purposes and methods of collecting and processing personal data communicated while browsing the Site. With the exception of the browsing data necessary to implement computer and telecommunications protocols, provision of your personal data is voluntary and optional.

You will be asked to provide the following personal data:

• First name and surname
• Company name
• address
• Telephone number /fax
• Email Address
• VAT number
• Tax ID

The data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

• establishment and management of the contractual relationship;
• fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations (accounting and tax);
• satisfying requests for commercial information on products and services;

The legal basis of processing is your willingness to conclude the contract. Processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller to comply with contractual obligations entered into by the parties.
The lawfulness of processing is based on execution of the contract and respect for legal obligations.

Your personal data are entered by an operator of A.P. Form S.p.A. into a database following a request made from the website, or a request made by telephone or fax . Reading access to this database takes place via a web application protected by an authentication system that requires access with user-ID and password. Your data can be removed from the database as a result of maintenance activities and erasure of obsolete data.

In order to offer its service through the website, and in general for the purposes described above, A.P. Form S.p.A. will not be able to receive requests for information if the customer has not consented to the processing of his or her personal data.

Access to your personal data shall be limited to only employees of A.P. Form S.p.A., the Web master, any operators of the information system, and the company hosting the domain. Your data will be used for administrative purposes. Your data will not be accessible to third parties nor will they be disclosed to third parties. Data will not be used for advertising purposes.

The data processed for legal obligations (for example, billing data), will be kept at least for the storage period required by law. Data will generally be kept in order to have a record of the activities and communications between the company that processes personal data and the data subject, and this period may even exceed 10 years. Periodically, obsolete data, and data that the company does not consider appropriate for storage, will be erased.

erasure, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed against the law, including data whose continued storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
a statement attesting that the operations mentioned under letters a) and b) have been made known (including their contents) to all parties to/with which data have been communicated or shared, except the case in which it proves impossible to comply or would entail a use of means clearly disproportionate to the right protected;
• As the data subject you are also entitled to fully or partially object to:
processing of your personal data for justified reasons, even when it is pertinent to the purpose of collection;
the processing of your personal data where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for conducting market or commercial communication surveys
• The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the use of personal data at any time.
• Data subjects also have the right to data portability. The company that processes your data is available to provide this service at no extra charge, and the methods will be evaluated and implemented according to the needs of use of the data subject.
• The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor.
